Courses, coaching and photo sessions on Oahu
AIDA certification courses, private coaching, and underwater photography are offered personally by Mitch on Oahu. AIDA certification is awarded only after all applicable requirements are successfully completed.
AIDA 1
Pool-based introduction. One day of theory, breath-hold technique and confined-water practice. No open-water depth diving.
AIDA 1+2
Complete beginner course with open water. Two days of theory, confined water and open water. 12m is the certification depth; 20m / 65 ft is the maximum training depth, not a target.
AIDA 3
Advanced depth training. Develop your depth, safety, and technique over three days. 24m is the certification depth; 30m / 100 ft is the maximum training depth.
AIDA 4
Master and assistant-instructor preparation. Advanced technique and rescue skills. 32m is the certification depth; training goes up to a maximum of 38m / 125 ft.
Private Training Session
One-on-one coaching tailored to where you are. Build confidence, improve your technique, or work toward greater depth.
Creative Photo Session
Underwater portraits in the open ocean. 2 hours in the water and 10 finished photos delivered.

Certification is awarded only after all applicable requirements are successfully completed. Fins, mask, snorkel and a weight belt are provided on every course; a wetsuit is not, and is highly recommended.
